Begin with bound hands behind back shoulder opener into stick, revolved ardha chandrasana half moon, cross bow balance. Finish with pike press handstand to scorpion. Home yoga practice by self motivated student, not yoga perfect.

Great work again. Pleased to see your working those “ardha” asanas rather than than the “easier” ones! Ha, ha, ha! Sorry but I couldn’t resist that.

Funny… i always thought my flat feet were awkward like a duck, good for wading through the mud!
Pose is fun to work on but ordinary for inversion lovers.

They are not awkward AT all! They are absolutely gorgeous, beautiful archers and soles, cute toes, very softwrinkled feet, I would love to caress and kiss them, but I’m shure that such a beautiful lady as yourself is already taken! I believe in you and your video’s, amazing!

Feet might be in your fantasy but I am well taken care of thank you. Been with a sensitive guy who delivers foot reflexology massage to die for since 1971, believe it or not., i even bore 3 of his errrr……our kids ;-) nuff said…
