PAIN!

I tried this exercise and I noticed I cannot make the same posture you have at 0:53. You’re legs and back are straight almost at a 45° angle. But I cannot even straighten my legs enough to make this kind of angle. My hamstrings feel like they’re stretching and its uncomfortable. Do you have any advise that can help?

You are doing an amazing job Esther. It really works!! Thanks and keep it up….

I’ve been having a lot of mid back pain for the last few months, to the point that it was hard to straighten up after bending down to pick something up, but after doing these exercises for only a couple days I no longer have the pain that I was having before. I still have some pain, but now I can put stuff up without having to grab something to help straighten me up and I can sit in a chair longer than 10 mins without my back killing me. Thank you. I owe you a BIG kiss.
