Totally holistic wish to include this in my regimen along with purified Bakiing Soda.

health fod store….make certain you know how to dilute and use properly..food grade is is highly caustic and must be used with care. If you wish to use as mouthwash get the 3% sold almost anywhere. food grade is 35% concentration.
