Where can I get the exercise wall chart for the ISO7X isometric workout?

I bought a unit off eBay but it did not come with a chart. Where can I get a copy of the chart/list of exercises?

Scroll down and there is a short video.
It looks like an instrument of torture.
Why not email or call companies that sell the ISO7X and ask? You can say you have lost yours.
