Where can I get herbal medicines to reduce breast size in the Philippines?

I live in the Philippines specifically in Iloilo and I was wondering if anyone can suggest any effective breast reduction pills that are available here in Iloilo. If anyone knows where to get them please tell me and if anyone knows a very effective pill, please tell me as well.
Please I’m having problems with my breast size. Thank you in advance. And please no "love yourself" because how can you love yourself when you’re in pain?

Breast tissue is reduced surgically but no pills are available to reduce already existing breast tissue. The pills would not only work on breast tissue but other tissues as well since we have yet to create a smart-pill that only works on a headache or a menstrual cramp.
If a woman looses weight sometimes her breasts will shrink a bit. Once tissue is formed for that part of the body it is not just made to shrink by just any methods.
It can reduce after pregnancy as well once breast-feeding is completed.
Talk to a Surgeon for assistance and be wary or ppl trying to sell you stuff that might hurt not help you–do a lot of research before taking something.
There are clothes that can camouflage your size. There are bras that can help lift and take some of the weight off the shoulders and relieve the back.
