Where can I find food tables that tell me the nutrients in foods?

I understand the RDI’s for nutrients, but where can I find out the levels of nutrients in foods. Ive got a book that tells me the carbs, fat & fibre of hundreds of foods, but Im wanting to know the minerals & vitamins of everyday foods.

Go to barnes and noble or any other book store and get a food book that gives you just what you are looking for.
