So I have braces and I’m going to get caps because 2 teeth are just too small. I’m only 15, I’m scared that the shot will hurt. Does it?

Well it hurts a little. I just got one 4 days ago. Ask if you can squeeze someones hand or if they have a squeezey ball. an close your eyes

Don’t worry!! Once you get the shot (which only stings for 2-3 seconds) you won’t feel A THING! The only thing I really hate when I visit a dentist is the sound of that thingy, the drill sound!!!
By the way, about the braces, I’ve had ones and all, my teeth are great now!
Advice: Brush your teeth regularly (after EVERY MEAL) or else it’s gonna be horrible when you take the braces off… a friend of mine suffered with dental problems because of that!!

Yes it can. I feels like a bee sting. Ask the Dentist to put numbing cream on your gums. That will help a lot.
Hint, close your eyes when the dentist pulls out the syringe. It looks worst than it is.
