What do you mena by caps? Like crowns or fillings?
You have to at least do fillings, because otherwise your teeth will keep rotting and they’ll fall out or you have to pull them.
If a dentist says you need crowns you probably should get those too though, because they protect your tooth. If a tooth has a large filling or filling in the ‘wrong’ area, it can make the tooth much weaker, the crown keeps it from cracking and breaking over time. Basically not getting crowns when you’re supposed to will give you the same end result as not getting it filled- eventually your tooth will fall out or need to be pulled because of damage.

your teeth will rot through and turn black. the roots will die and eventually the teeth will crack, and fall out.
