What kind of workout should I do to gain muscle mass?

I’ve always been the skinniest kid you’ve ever seen, 5"11 and 110 pounds, and i want to put a stop to it. What kind of exercises should i be doing, and for how long? Any supplements to go along with it/diet changes?

To gain muscle, do everything slow.
-Do the plank exercise (position like a push-up on your elbows and hold it there as long as u can)
-Lift weights, but do it as slowly as possible.
-Push-ups, sit-ups, lunges, etc but SLOWLY.
-Running / jogging daily is also very good for you, this should be done as fast as possible.
The basic rule of exercise is that if you do it fast, you burn fat. If you do it slow, you gain muscle.

hey don’t worry even i was same at your age and than I gained 50 pound in next one year. first of all add some fat to your diet believe me fat is not always bad. than when hitting to gym do any excessive in two sets first one with less weight with whatever numbers your reps up to than take the heaviest weight that you can do doesn’t matter 4-or 5 reps. ok try this for a month I am sure you will gain around 5-10 pound a month
