What kind of exercise do i need to do and how much of it?

Two weeks ago I started dieting with Nature’s Sunshine- Nutri-burn protein shake as two meals per day , but the this product works better when drinking it right after working out so I’m planning to join Bally total fitness. What i need to know is what kind of exercise is best and how much of it I should do daily?
I weigh 230lbs and am 5’5 and am mostly concerned about my tummy. Of course all of my body needs some work but i want to lose the TUMMY!

The answer is simple really, although in practice it’s a lot of work. You need to do cardio for at least 45 minutes 3-4 days a week (the more the better) and elevate your heart rate to your target range (please check with your doctor or someone at Bally’s for advice). In addition to cardio weight training 2-3 times a week is also a great way to increase your metabolism and keep burning calories. Remember the key to weight loss is burning more calories than you consume and diet is 80% of it.
There’s no quick way to loose weight and get in shape — it’s hard work and it’s not always a lot of fun. But with a little hard work and commitment you can do it and you need to keep at it the rest of your life.
