Dink a lot of water,
DO NOT USE LOTION.
take a cold bath for about ten minutes and put vinegar in the water,
all that should help with the pain…..
to make it less red you need to:
wait until you have had the burn for a full day,
put sunblock on the burned areas for approximately thirty minutes,
when you look in the mirror you will look a little bit red but then you take a wet towel and and wipe the sunblock off, after you have wiped it off take a dry towel and pat it dry,
after a few seconds you will notice that the red look is almost completely gone:):)

Aloe Vera from the plant works very well and soothes the pain.
Here’s a couple sites that could help you out with your sunburn problem:

Apparently taking a bath in Baking Soda and Oatmeal can help too!
Good luck!
