Health FAQs
I’m a 14 year old guy and I’m looking for an acne product that will work. I’ve been struggling with acne for about 2-3 years now and it’s not fun. I breakout around every week. My skin is mainly whiteheads and it can be oily at times. Please help me. I’m literally desperate! Thank you!

One more time:)
Try Differin (gel, not cream, it’s more efficient). If it will not help you then try Accutane. It’s more powerful but it’s antibiotic. Ask your doctor what is better for you.
Good luck!

Accutane
Go to your dermatologist. It’s amazing how fast that stuff works.

AcneFree.
buy it at Costco or Walmart.
If you’re parents are members at Costco, they have coupons for AcneFree.
AcneFree is similar to ProActive, but it’s cheaper than ProActive.
anndd, believe me cause this thing will change your life forever.

benzoyl peroxide acne gel 10% alcohol base

WARNING: apply lightly… it will burn your skin, man!!

I’m a pharmacist….anything with Benzoyl Peroxide 5% or greater is the only thing that works
Oxy 5(which probably has the best advertising ) will do but go chat with your nearest pharmacist….chances are he will tell you the same stuff
BTW, that crap doesn’t last forever….Good Luck

you gotta go to a dermatologist. he will give you a prescription regiment with vitamins, antibiotics, and topical gels like differin and duac. they work.

Hey I used to have the same problem. You can try Proactiv. It worked for me. :-) Good luck…I know how you feel and it sucks. But just remember, you won’t be like this forever. If you can’t afford Proactiv or something….make sure to wash your face every day. Every morning and every night. Try to use a facial wash or something that isn’t oily or scented. Putting on an oil-free spf 15 lotion seemed to do the trick for me too. It helps keep your skin nice with keeping it clean and washed too. But make sure…when you get a facial lotion…look for kinds that are oil free…..they’re out there. GOOD LUCK!

Depends on how bad your acne is.
Light Acne: Try Minocycline, an antibiotic prescribed from your docotor.
Severe Acne : Look into Accutane- prescribed from your doctor also.
My friend had terrible acne in high school and used both Minocycline &Accutane prescribed my her doctor, Accutane worked best for her. I also would suggest Diane 35 , but that is only for women! Speak to your doctor if Accutane or Minocycline could help your situation. Good Luck!
