Im a guy who has butt that is shaped like duck’s butt. I have been lately doing jump rope for 12 minutes combined with other exercises. No matter what kind of exercise I do, my fat in the butt and thighs won’t just go away.
Any good exercise to tone my butt and thighs?

I am a gymnast who actually will know what ways to excerise to get a tone butt and thighs.
You want to start by doing leg lifts on the floor this will also build muscle in the stomach if you do not know what these are they are just you sitting on the floor rising each leg first you try your right leg then your left leg and then both (the hardest part) you could also try bodywalks were ur in a pushup piostin then u bring ur legs and arms closer together hope this helped!

Kickbacks/Glutes. Basically, get on all 4 and kick 1 leg back at a time, slowly. Do 3 sets of 10 reps.

Bodyfat is lowered by a healthier diet. Building some muscle in the area with below-parallel squats would likely be a cosmetic improvement. (curves where they’re supposed to be)

I good overall exercise for toning your butt and thighs is bicycling — and you also get the added benefit of a good cardio workout at the same time. It’s a low-impact workout so it’s easy on your joints, and for me it’s one of my favorite ways to spend a Sunday afternoon.
