What effects would taking 12 NyQuil caps have on a person?

What would happen to someone who took 12 NyQuil caps at once? Would it just make them sleepy and groggy the next day, or would there be more serious effects? And if so, what would those effects be?

The main component in the Nyquil capsule is paracetamol (acetominophen). Paracetamol hepatotoxicity is, by far, the most common cause of acute liver failure in both the United States and the United Kingdom.
