What can drinking a whole bottle of Robitussin do to you?

Other than probably getting you high, what negative medical effects can come from downing a whole bottle of Robitussin?

some people will OD on Robitussin to get a high, a kid at my high school used to do it to get a high and supposedly pass by drug tests since he’d been getting checked, it’s called robotrippin
triple c’s are coricidin, cold pills that people OD on
all of these I’m sure won’t totally kill you unless you seriously OD but can’t be good to take over and over again, obviously.
some of these idiots describe triple c’s in the second link below. I wouldn’t advise getting mixed up with anyone who would do that or taking them yourself, whatever people feel on this kind of stuff goes away and makes them crave more the next time.
as obviously stated above me they are all inadvisable to use incorrectly
medical effects, I know when I was a child I had overdosed on medicine (I thought they were candy and I ate 15 chewable pills) and I personally had to have my stomach pumped, very unpleasant procedure, I’ve heard of stories about people ODing and some dying, but I’m not 100% sure about the factual long term effects, a lot of drug abusers are really spaced out there.
I added a video too, this guy apparantly doesn’t like robitussin, lol I found it funny
if you look up robotrippin and triple c’s on youtube you get to see all kinds of idiots acting crazy.

You could die from an overdose. Is that negative enough?

You can DIE! It is possible to overdose on just about any DRUG! I don’t consider POT a drug because it is a natural receptor found in the body. If you look at the other drugs you can overdose on them all and end up dead or messed up for life!

if it doesnt send your body into a coma or death, Im sure it can do some serious damage to your kidneys and liver. It can be extremely toxic if not taken in the recommended dosage and plus its a pretty stupid way to get high. Trust me, its something you wont want to brag to your friends about because it just makes you look like a huge loser.

There are a number of ingredients in a bottle of Robotussin. Drinking the entire bottle is considered an overdose.
OD’ing on things like decongestants will make your mucous membranes dry out enough to bleed, so you can actually bleed from the eyes and rectum.
OD’ing on the Tylenol/acetaminophen can cause a delayed liver toxicity so that 72 hours after you drink the bottle you get hepatic failure and die.
There is another chemical in there, I can’t remember what it is called, but it can cause projectile vomiting.
OD’ing on the dextromethorphan (DXM) will cause you to trip in the short term, but will also cause a very specific type of brain damage called Olney’s Lesions. This brain damage is irreversible.

I drank a whole bottle once and was throwing up for 4+ hours. wasnt fun.
