What are ways to workout being a beginner who is trying to lose weight?

Health FAQs
The summer time is here, i’m out of school for the summer and I finally have time to attempt to workout. I really want to lose up to 50 pounds. I know what types of food to eat but the only problem is exercising. I know how to do cardio and crunches but that’s about it. I need to know how I can fully workout meaning working on love handles, thighs, underarms, and stomach. What is an exercise plan I can make for myself so I can try to lose weight?

Im going to say this SLOWLY so you can understand. You dont need time to lose weight. You need to eat less. Exercise is for getting in shape, eating less is for losing weight. Stop making excuses and just put yourself on a calorie restrictive diet, for men its generally 2000 calories a day, for women 1500. Eat 5-6 small means a day to keep your metabolism high.

I do a regular exercises routine 3 or 4 times a week which allows time for resting and losing the weight. It is an hour and 30 routine. Do warm ups before exercising which you can youtube so that you are prepared for the routine you are about do. 4 sets of 8 to 10 reps are best for beginners when using dumbbells 5 press ups to start up with and keep exercising going up 1 each time you repeat a set , the core ball can help a lot as well which includes a manuel, then 30min cardio should be done last of exercises so you don’t get too tired too quickly. If you are a woman or man the exercises are slightly different. Youtube them to be more exact. Make sure you drink plenty of water during the exercise don’t over do it of course otherwise you will just get bloated and feel more strain. Most of all just doing plenty of physical activity such as sports, dancing, walking instead of bus or car will maintain a continuous motivation for doing exercise. It is not easy to keep exercising but if you have a strong mind and desire to keep healthy you should see results already in 2 to 3 weeks on your balanced diet and commitment to exercises.

at previous answer: what makes you think they’re making excuses? focusing on school and trying to work out is not exactly easy.
anyways, you need to start doing at least 30 minutes of cardio within your target heart range, every other day. even when you’re tired just do it. once you get moving you’ll feel energized and excited. i personally enjoy using the firm workout system. it’s designed especially for women and you’re guaranteed to see results in as little as 10 workouts. on your "rest" days be sure to stretch and keep eating healthy. if you really want to kick your weight loss into gear, DO NOT eat anything processed or manufactured for at least 30 days. this means you need to go on a raw food diet with the exception of freshwater fish for protein. trust me it’s hard, but it really works.

I tried to lose weight for months before I was able to find a way to successfully lose weight. Instead of rewriting the article I found, you can read it here. http://ow.ly/1tU9l

well i have been exercising 30 min, twice a day for a week now and that includes crunches, sit ups, squats, idk what they are called but when i lay on my back and put my legs in the air and lift a weight ball, and dance. And throughout the week i have seen some major results…my little bump on the end of my belly is disapearing and you cant notice it when i wear tight tops anymore, and my legs are more trim especially in shorts, and i just feel so much better…try this! im serious it rly works
