My fiance was told to flush his system before by his doctor before his next appointment (to get a medication cleared out), but he was also told to not liquid fast–he needs to be healthful until the next appointment as well. He is going to be drinking alot of water and consuming little salt, but we are wondering what other types of foods and drinks would be good for doing a healthy detox. I should add that he is lactose intolerant. Thank you!
