TAKE 2 wall wonder HANUMANASANA
Back foot anchored against wall to facilitate “rooting” action in triangle, lunge & rotated triangle. Straddle press handstand to samakonasana splits against the wall, intense chest opener & splits training from unique perspective, using foot on adjacent wall as leverage, hanumanasana splits against the wall, straddle splits on floor with wall as guide & chest to floor. Sequence choreographed on the fly. Sorry first upload youTube took away the audio. Take 2 has replacement music that passes muster. I personally like to HEAR the sound of the breath to go along with the visual & music. Please post your constructive thoughts on this, do you prefer no music at all, music but no breath, or both?? I sense a disconnect with AudioSwap option. Home yoga practice by self motivated student, not yoga perfect. music: Morrison Brothers, one of my favorite contra bands in “these here parts”, slow set (looped) called Claire’s Waltz.

So this has to be one of my favourite videos of yours so far, Excellent work. I particularly liked those awesome straddle splits. (With apologies for not using the sanskrit name!)
Loved that red top too. Is it new or is my memory just bad?!

Lucky i had the camera on when i went exploring at the wall cause i had no idea this sequence of sorts was to transpire!
Pink/Red top is new… from Goodwill outlet thrift store- cost me less than 50cents with tax, now that’s CHEAP! One man’s trash is another one’s treasure!

@NelsonYogaInversions Your dedication and committment to high quality fashion fitness apparel is noted. :-)
Sorry that I forgot to comment on the music and (heavy) breathing question. I usually listen without the sound anyway. But I did for this, since you asked. I did quite like the music for this one. Also liked hearing the sounds of exercise. It gave a much liver feel and a sense of being there. So ambient sound – yes, music – probably.
So glad you had that camera rolling.

I usually do like to hear some breath work. Everybody is different that way I think. ( I am enjoying this one a lot! Fantastic practice…the connectedness between postures is perfect and unique….plus, you are so aligned!)

@rolandsc
breath may sound heavy & loud but actually is quite relaxing & self soothing… like Darth Vader! Ujjayii ….. yes!
Conqueror breath, ujjayi pranayama is recognized by the “hissing” sound the breather makes by directing inhales and exhales over the back of user’s throat.
