Ive been working out for about 6 months now. But, now that its late in the school year and i just entered high school and im finding myself unable to complete my workout 5x a week because of MMA and other extracurricularr stuff. Ive never been much of an early bird, so how can I start to workout in the morning and switch up my metabolism? Any tips plz. Also, how can I perform my workout on an empty stomach, wont i pass out?

I am very motivated to workout and I enjoy it a lot, but when it comes to food I can’t resist the temptation to eat donuts and chips, etc. I love fruits and vegetables but they are expensive and not always in my house. How can I find the motivation to stop eating junk food?

Im 15 and just started taking it, i take it before my workout with grape juice then a protein shake after. How long should i do it then go off? Cuz i dont want to have any problems

I like to workout. My problem is that when I exercise, I only do it for about two weeks before I stop doing it. I wanna know how I can keep going. I really don’t have a reason for stopping. I just do somehow. What tips do you have? How do you keep going? Do you have a schedule of some kind? I don’t. Maybe that’s my problem. Anything would help at this point.
