I have been going to the gym on my lunch breaks. It only gives my like a 1/2 though of actual workout. Is that enough do you think? Typically how long does Your sessions last?

I do 45min to an hour of cardio 5 days a week and I usually split that time between the elliptical and jogging on the treadmill. I have reached a plateau. I have heard that cardio workouts are most effective when you add in short bursts of intensity? How can i incorporate this into my workout to kick my calorie burning in to gear again?

My kid is overweight. I want her to be perfect! I want her to eat healthy and workout!
How can she loose weight?
She is perfect! I was saying her body image isn’t perfect! She knows she is overweight and sometimes cries about it! I did this search, because she asked me to! She stays at he grandmas over the summer and gained weight the last summer and couldn’t get it off!
