I am 16 year old boy, Im quite small but i started working about about 2 months ago. I got some protein shake to help with muscle build. I work out every 2 or 3 days. At the moment i am taking my protein shake 20 minutes after work out sessions. What is the best option if i want to get big? Take it every day? Or is it most effective if i take 1 before workout and 1 after workout?
Also any tips on how many reps for optimum muscle build would be nice :)

im 23 years old and I have been working out and eating 6 meals a day for the last 6 months. I workout each muscle group once a week very intensely. im not seeing the progress i would like. i must get a better body. I would do anything

Hello!. I’m in the military so I can’t do steroids, but I recently fund a product on Bodybuilding.com called HGH Complete… Has anyone actually used this stuff, and does it work? I lift 3 days/week, I also do cardio every day, and watch what I eat, but I want bigger results, so Im looking in HGH complete to supplement me workout.

So ya i’m over weight. But I don’t really look it. So this makes me think I don’t need to eat healthy, but I work out ALOT. But it doesn’t work because I over eat. So what can I do to keep a healthy diet? Any specific abb workouts? Also how do I keep from getting sooooooo red when I workout? Cause I end up looking like a tomato.

I have been going to the gym on my lunch breaks. It only gives my like a 1/2 though of actual workout. Is that enough do you think? Typically how long does Your sessions last?
