So im 17 years old, 5’5", 152 pounds. Ive only lost 14 pounds since january… I know why- i get into eating crazes and take a break for a couple of days sometimes. But its summer so im gonna get serious! How many calories should i be eating to lise at least a pound a week?
Is the number including what i have burned during my workout?

I used to workout for around 1 1/2 to 2 hrs at a time. I took a break but am gonna get back into it, but I wanna try shorter workouts with more of a localized muscle focus. So how long should I work out for and about how many different exercises should I do?

For example if I’m doing a chest/tricep day, 3 set exercises?

Okay well I’m not fat, a lot of people think I’m really really skinny. But I have a few things I would like to fix for the perfect beach body. Well I would like a flat tummy and a tight butt. How can I make this happen? Without spending money on a workout video or anything.
