How long you supposed to wait after you have eaten to brush your teeth?
are you supposed to wait a couple hours after you eaten to brush your teeth or can you brush them straight after? Does it even make a difference?

I’ll be going to GradNite on May 26 and it’s going to be all night. I don’t want to be wearing my retainers over there, I don’t want to be worrying about them while I’m over there at Disneyland he whole night. If I don’t wear them to GradNite, how much will my teeth shift? Will it be a significant amount and will they still fit after when I come back?
Also for Graduation, I’m going to leave them off for a few hours. Will they shift alot?

My teeth are perfectly straight with the exception of an overbite.
I pretty much look like a beaver, but at least my teeth are crooked…
With braces, how long would it take to fix my overbite?
Also, are there any other options (that aren’t crazy expensive) that would be able to fix my overbite by the beginning of September next year?
