My bite is really edge to edge and my teeth are already straight. My teeth need to be moved back 2mm. How long should this take? I’m getting IPR done. Thanks.

I’m an adult in my 20′s. I do not have dental insurance of any kind. I have to save up for weeks just to get dental checkups & routine cleanings. I can’t afford 00 for braces. Meanwhile, my jaw and my head ache alot because my teeth are so crooked & my bite is messed up. Are there any programs out there that would help me?? I don’t even want braces, but I can’t stand the pain anymore. I live in the U.S. btw. Help.
Sorry, I put the question in this category because it was a waste of time putting it in the Dental category. All I got was spam. In the meantime, what can I do to ease the pain? Any suggestions are welcome

This past Saturday I had braces for the top part on my mouth put on and spacers! I’m having 4 teeth removed (because my mouth is crowed) on Friday or Saturday, I have School Tuesday but I’m also getting my bottom braces put on. How long will it take for me to feel better after the extractions (I wanted to go to Six Flags this Sunday. Is that possible?) and will I be attending school the week after my braces are on? Please please help!
