I know you mix baking soda and water together, and it becomes a paste. But when I brush with the mixture do i brush my teeth with toothpaste after, or before or not at all? How many days do I brush my teeth with that stuff until my teeth are white? IM CONFUSED!! HELP ME!! Any videos or links to websites or tips or anything would be great! Thanks! :-)

What do you mean by you brush like normal?

I used to be really bad about taking care of my teeth. A few months ago I realized how yellow they really were and since then I have been brushing at least 3 times ,if not more, a day. I have used a bunch of different products to whiten but they have barely any effect. My teeth are in better condition now but they are still not very good and I need something that gets the job done without having to shell out 0 plus for professional treatment. Any help?

My teeth are a bit crooked.
Well my older sister says that I need braces.
But the problem is I don’t want to get braces.
I want to get my teeth straight though.
What are something that are close to braces but aren’t really, but makes your teeth straight?

Out of the two, it is baking soda that causes the most damage, right? Around how many times, without causing too much damage to my teeth, should I brush my teeth with this combination?
