I wake up and feel all that tartar on my teeth. It forms overnight but how?

Your personal experience, I don’t want any ‘It depends on your dentist or your teeth.’ kind of stuff. I want to know how long it took for YOU.

When I brush my teeth, my gums will bleed a little. If I slightly hit them on something, they bleed. If someone kisses me too rough, they bleed. :( Is there any over the counter meds that can help this?

I’ve had my braces for a year and some months now and my gums are swelling. My back teeth are starting to look smaller so how can i reduce the swelling?? I’ve been flossing every night and brushing in the morning and at night. Is there anything else i can do to get the swelling down and if so how long will it take my gums to get back to normal?
