My face and forehead gets sweaty really easily. I was just sitting at my desk working. How do I keep it from getting so oily and sweaty? Also, I want to lose some weight about 20 pounds worth. I want my face and stomach to be less chubby. I don’t have much free time to exercise. What can I do to achieve that goal? Thanks.

I’m moving to a beach city in two weeks and I have been dieting and exercising like crazy for the last three weeks. I’m 5"2 and 130 Lbs. Because I’m short, most of my fat accumulates in my midsection. How can I get as flat a stomach as possible in these next two weeks?

So basically i have a big body, chest and stomach. Its not that big, but a lil for my age.I just joined the gym yesterday. I work out about 2 hours every evening. I dont want big muscles but just get my chest toned and have abs.so how long do you think it will take to achieve that? Thanks for your time.

I am not fat all over. My upper thighs and my stomach are fat yet toned. I have fat on top of my abs. How can I get rid of the fat so the only thing I have are my sexy abs? I also want to tone up my legs a big more so I can wear smaller pants. I’m a 15 year old girl btw.
