I’m not far from it at all. I’m actually very close. I just have a little extra fat on my stomach and butt. I am power walking for 30 minutes for 4-5 days a week. How long do you think it will take? Hopefully by next month. Or do you think I should be doing something else rather than this?

i’m wondering how this happens. how does the bacteria make it from your stomach into your vagina?

everything you eat goes from the stomach to small intestines. is it that the intestines are so close to the vagina the bacteria migrate there?
