i gained a lot of extra weight on my stomach and i am starting to eat less junk and work out right at home. how many calories should i consume a day so i wont get more fat?

I’m 16 and I’m 5’8" and I weigh 138. I have like an hourglass figure and Im ok with my body but I’ve got a summer to really work on everything. I work out now, but about how much more weight should I lose? And what’s the beat way to do it? Thanks! And I mainly want a flatter stomach.
