How do you lose weight without actually breaking a sweat? I’m not lazy I just can’t get time in to do anything. I have a kinda big stomach that I want to get rid of by the summer. How to lose inches in skin and the body fat. I’m 5’10 and 145 lbs. Its a healthy weight for my size but if you looked at me, you would think that i’m obese. So how to lose skin?

I had a weight loss of about 20 recently like earlier in the year to trim some fat off my stomach but it didnt really help. I mean im skinnier but i still have a gut and i want to get rid of it before june when i get out of school. How do i get rid of my gut ? Is there like some exercises or some thing i can do differently in my diet to help me lose it? Should i lose some more weight or what?Any tips?
