I got 9 hours of sleep last night, but today, I became really tired at around 4pm – 5 pm (<— This always happens, no matter how much sleep I get, I don’t know why.) So I decided that I’d relax, and lie down and watch TV. I ended up falling asleep for 2 and a half hours. I won’t be able to fall asleep until 1 am or so. Any tips on how to correct my sleeping pattern? Thanks in advance.

I was hospitalized after trying to commit suicide with 80 asprins and 30 tylonol PMs. Now I’m not suicidal but I like to sleep with a full bottle of asprin in hand or when I’m especially upset witch is usually everynight I grasp it tight and look at it. But the thought of taking then doesn’t happen. What should I do. I’m afraid the cycle is starting again and within 6 months ill try again. I was told I can’t live through it again.

I have always had trouble falling asleep, where it takes up to five hours of laying in bed until I actually can sleep. So I tried Tylenol simply sleep and took four, with the dose being two. I took it two hours ago and still can not sleep, how can this be?

I picked up some Melatonin at WalMart because I hear it is supposed to help me sleep. It is 300 mcg. I am wondering how many I should take. It says 1 on the bottle but have heard elsewhere that sometimes it takes a few of them. How many have other people had sucess with?
