Sleep really isn’t an option in my life right now…
2 hours last night. Now the most I can get tonight is 6 hours since it’s already almost 1:30am
If I can’t sleep at least how can I stop myself from getting sick?

I’m trying to be celibate and take a break from dating and boys because I’ve been pretty out of control and I know I need to change. I’m depressed, agitated, irritable and I can’t sleep. I’ve also had a headache for like three days now.

I am 12, and almost every girl in my grade shaves their legs. I just don’t know how to tell my mom I want to start shaving. I am going to a sleep away camp this summer, so I cant really shave my legs without telling my mom because i will have no way to do it at camp. Every time I try to tell her, I just get to nervous.
