Do the testicles even have a "max capacity", and how long does it take to reach it? 3 days, 1 week, 3 weeks, a month or more? Also, does being sexually stimulate/aroused more often increase the speed in which sperm and seminal fluid is produced or does the time remain the same regardless of mood?

It’s just something I was curious about the other day after I finished working out. I know it probably depends a great deal on the person and also the type of exercise being done. On average, are we looking at an hour or less? A couple of hours? Say a person in decent physical condition but by no means "in shape" did a routine from the "INSANITY" series at 10am… *about* how long would that person’s metabolism be boosted upon finishing the work out?

I had a 6" turkey on 9 grain wheat. I added tomatoes ,lettuce,onions, banAna peppers, cucumbers, and then mustard. How many calories was this!

I’m 16 and I’m 5’8" and I weigh 138. I have like an hourglass figure and Im ok with my body but I’ve got a summer to really work on everything. I work out now, but about how much more weight should I lose? And what’s the beat way to do it? Thanks! And I mainly want a flatter stomach. Like it’s toned now but I wanna poke it and it be harder haha

First of all, I would just like to say I am not ignorant or stupid. I know how to lose weight the healthy way, and I know all the risks involved with restricting calories. So no lectures.

I would like an estimate at how many pounds I would lose, if for 1 week I ate 500 calories a day.
