I am 5" and 18 years old male and soon turning 19 in april and i weigh about 147 with 15-18 percent body fat( fat callipers said i was 12-15 but my kin professor said there inaccurate and add 3), i was wondering if i should ask my doctor to prescribe them to me because i think im pretty short and way below average for my height compared to my weight and age.

Lately i have become interested in something called human growth hormones. Im almost 16 i’m 6’4 feet tall and i weigh about 240 lbs. But i would still love to be a little bit taller, 6’6" or maybe 6’7".

I was wondering wether it is safe for teenagers to take HGH. And if so what the side effects are. I have talked to a couple of my good friends at school about it and they tell me to go for it, but some told me that once you stop taking them, your strength and muscle mass goes away and you have mood swings or go into roid rages. None of my friends have taken HGH’s so I can’t tell if they really know the truth about them.I have read multiple testamonials on websites and people say that they have had fantastic results, but i want to know what the downsides are to HGH’s.

im not just looking to gain some more height. I want to also get stronger, build some more muscle mass and shed some fat. it seems like HGH’s are the best way to do that, but i dont want to look back on my decesion 6-7 years later thinking how stupid i was for taking them.
I weight 240 lbs but my body fat percentage is around 12-13%.

I’ m 4"11 and I weigh 134. My weight is suppose to be around 94 pounds to 115. But my goal is 124. I exercise 5 days out of the week and its has done me good, only 10 more pounds to go. But I am stuck, so I feel I need to start changing my eat habits. So is there any healthy plan’s I can do to drop the fat? And give my energy? Thank you.

My gf and i goto the gym prolly 4 times a week. She complains of her self image everyday but when were at the gym she’ll want to leave early or cut corners in reps and etc. She won’t put forth the effort but still complains she fat! How do i make her understand that just going to the gym doesn’t mean you’ll get in better shape!
I guess i wasn’t clear – i am very supportive of her. i Think shes hot. SHE is the one who signed us up , and she is the one who thinks she is fat. i do not. i just want to try and help her with her self image but i get frustrated with the " i think im fat" comments and then her not putting forth the effort to change it
