So I am 19 years old and not very satisfied with my height. I’m 5’4 and I’ve been this height for maybe over 2 years. My parents aren’t very tall but my father is 5’7. I visited a doctor about this problem when I was 18 and he ran tests and told me that my "bone age" is at it’s mature state and I will probably not grow anymore. I am thinking of taking HGH natural supplement pills but I honestly don’t trust them too much. I read a lot about them but I don’t know if they are for me. Please give me advice.
