I dont know whether it was Fox news or some one else that reported that putting your kitchen sponge in the microwave for one minute would kill bacteria, will it work with the water bottle also? They reported hot water and letting it dry completely, but i would think the microwave would do a better job.

I have one…it has water in it already but the water is cold. Do I empty the water, heat up more then put it back or do I stick the whole thing in the microwave? Thanks.

I usually eat food outside(from campus cafeteria and restaraunts) and buy food from the grocery that you can heat up in the microwave or eat automatically. I want to gain weight, and need more calories in my daily intake. So far I cannot seem to break 2000 calories and was wondering if you guys had suggestions for what foods are good to eat for someone to build more weight.
