I ve been feeling a bit weak lately and somewhat sleepy and drained out. I was just wondering how do I know if I have chronic fatigue syndrome and what are the symptoms?
I had this problem since the year 2004, but my doctors couldnt figure it out. Three of my doctors were involved and each one told me a different situation. One of them being my sleep specialist believe it was sleep apnea and perodic limb movement sndrome, the 2nd one as my internal medicine doctor believed that my thyroid could be low, and the 3rd one being my acupuncturist believed that my body isnt recieving the nutrients that I need and thus no energy. So, basically I dont know what is the main symptom that is causing me to become weak and making me sleep long hours.
I have tried provigil and it did work for a bit then after 2 weeks later I got immune to the medicine and it stopped working for me.

Hello everyone
I’ve been taking Lexapro 10mg for about 5 months and am kind of uncomfortable about the fact that I am taking this med.
I wanted to ask if this medicine effects your memory in any way. Has anyone heard of this side effect of Lexapro?
Secondly, because of the fact that my doctor got angry at me after I asked if I could quit, I thought i would give the internet community a try.
How does one quit Lexapro healthily? Please share some of your experiences.
It would be great help if the community can answer these 2 questions.

In the moment and not even thinking about it I had a glass of Chardonnay and I always plan to take my Lexapro (10 mg) at 11:30 pm and I drank a glass of wine at 10 pm, how long should I wait for the alcohol to leave my system before I take my medicine or should I just skip tonight’s dose?

I really need these medicines because they end my emotional flattening and make me feel comfortable. Is there any of them which doesn’t cause memory loss? I wanna use them in daytime. Is there a replacer for them, i mean, a medicine with the same effect as loss of fear, making me calm and comfortable? By preference one that doesn’t cause sleeplessness. Please only answer if you know thx.
