My 6 year old daughter and 2 year old niece have moderate chest congestion. The cold medicine they are being given is breaking up the mucus, but I can’t get them to spit out the phlegm they do cough up. Any suggestions on a medicine they can take, or a way to teach them how to get the stuff out of their little lungs? It’s only been a couple days, and it’s not really severe, so I don’t think they need to see a doc just yet.
I’ve taken some medicine i know i was not allergic to it. But It’s been so many years I wouldn’t know if I now became allergic to it or not. I just wanna know how long does it take for reaction to show? If u r allergic to something or not.
My new ADHD medicine suppresses my appetite, and I only consume about 600 calories per dayand work out for 2 hours per day (At school, PE) and sometimes an extra hour to walk home from school. I weigh 151 pounds and want to get to 135. How can I prevent getting stretch marks from rapid weight loss?
I’ve eard many people say that they go on banana diets where they eat only bananas, but that’s too blah for me. I want something new everyday. What is a good diet where there is change but not too much? Nothing expensive please. And I will NOT take pills, medicine, drugs or any of that sort. Just food.
I am on ayurvedic medicine for my skin at the moment…according to someone [not specialist but a person with past experience] has said that medication course would be around 3 months. I am nearing my 2 months soon and yes, the medicine had worked to a certain extent. However, although I am 2/3 of my way through the treatment, my skin has shown change but its not very significant. Since I cant get into contact with that person, I wish to seek your help, people who have had ayurvedic treatments done. Since its my first time using ayurvedic treatment, I wish ask that does the progress of your condition improves gradually or does it only show effect at the end of the course? Please tell me more!
