I on a keto diet when I only consume proteins and fats, would after a hard workout of lifting weights drink a protein shake with simple carbs(sugars) mess up my fat burning zone and store glycogen in my liver or just my muscle? I would still prefer to be fueled my fatty acids in my liver.

Should mention the gabapentan is being used for nerve damage in my leg.
