I go to the gym almost every night doing about 30 minuets of cardio more or less depending on how i’m feeling. I am already quite thin but I do need some advice on how to get more toned…… do you know of any exercises i can do to become more toned? More specifically in my Legs and Abs.

I am pasty white but, blood doesn’t flow through my knees. My knees are darker then the rest of my body. My friends call me ashy legs and my guy friends like to make dirty jokes. I would like to go out the house without having to cover my knees, when its really hot i wanna wear short shorts but, i cant. Sometimes i wear flesh tone tights but, i cant wear flesh tone tights when i go swimming in my bikini.

I’m 16 and i’m noticing i’ve been gaining weight. Alot of weight. I’m at 130 lbs. The problem is i dont know how to lose the weight because i dont want to exercise. I have huge legs full of muscle, and i dont want anymore. Please help.
