So I want to be toner, but not get thicker arms or legs due to muscle. I’m very petite and short and its harder to lose weight when you can’t stretch it out like tall people can. How could I get thinner and burn fat, but not gain a lot of muscle? I don’t want an athletic looking body, but a slimmer one (I definitely don’t want model thin, but no rock-hard abs either).

Should I just be eating better to burn fat? And only exercise a little to not build too much muscle?

I work out once a day for only an hour (for now). I run for about 30 minutes and then do butt and thigh exercises for the rest of the time. I’m not very good at balancing meals or whatnot. I bought some Whey protein from GNC and was wondering how many grams I should drink after my workout to help build some muscle. My legs have been getting scrawny! Thanks a lot in advance. :)
I forgot to mention I’m 5’6" and about 135 lbs, if that matters.

I want to tone up my legs and rear a little bit. Which exercise is more effective and do both exercises work the same muscles? Thanks for any help.

I play rugby and do alot of running, although after a while my legs cramp up for about 5-6 minutes. How can I stop my legs cramping up whilst playing or out running ?

I always shake my legs when I sit down, with my ankles crossed, and was wondering how many calories this burns?
