what is a fatty liver i am a little worried about it. my enzymes are pretty high.

a couple months ago i feared having liver damage so i went to the emergancy room and they did blood tests and an ultra sound all my enzymes are normal and the ultra sound didnt show any liver damage although it did show that i have a fatty liver is it possible that i have liver damage and they just couldnt see it?

A) fatty liver
B) alcoholic hepatitis
C) cirrhosis
D) fetal alcohol syndrome

They say liver is what burns fat but I’m pretty sure I have a fatty liver so losing weight might be hard unless I clense it back to normal, but how would I do that?

I was diagnosed with fatty liver a couple years ago, is this going to effect it in any way?
