I want short little exercises that I can do for five minutes and can be very effective for my abs. I know that there are crunches and sit ups I can do, plus Pilate’s. but I would like to know others. By the way…. I’m not overweight, I just want to tone my body.

In addition to eating healthy and drinking lots of water, i need to know how i can exercise to get slimmer. Alot of exercises (like pilates) do alot to strengthen abs, but i don’t want to have super defined and manly looking abs; i just want a flat stomach.(I’m a woman) I also want thin thighs rather than really muscular and bulky thighs. I am not overweight at the moment, i would just like to be a little thinner all around. How can i do that without getting too muscular?

Im 12 and I can’t read small writing without wearing glasses or contacts. Is there anyway to fix my sight naturally (food, exercises, etc.)? I just really don’t want to have to buy glasses or contacts and I’m tired of having to sit in the front of the class just because i can’t read the board.

I can’t afford a gym membership, and I only have some dumbbells at home. So what are some good exercises to build up my pectoral and abdominal muscles. Post some links to videos to, so I know how to do them.

I need some good exercises for defining my arms. I know that i have to do lightweight with more reps but what about the sets. And What exercises do i do them with?
