I had a weight loss of about 20 recently like earlier in the year to trim some fat off my stomach but it didnt really help. I mean im skinnier but i still have a gut and i want to get rid of it before june when i get out of school. How do i get rid of my gut ? Is there like some exercises or some thing i can do differently in my diet to help me lose it? Should i lose some more weight or what?Any tips?

I think 100-500 crunches is a little extreme for someone to do in one day.How many do you need to do a day if you plan to do them everyday along with other exercises?

I go to the gym almost every night doing about 30 minuets of cardio more or less depending on how i’m feeling. I am already quite thin but I do need some advice on how to get more toned…… do you know of any exercises i can do to become more toned? More specifically in my Legs and Abs.

I got P90X last week and I was wondering how long it would take me to lose about 50 pounds using it and eating healthy. I am currently at 213lbs and am 5’4 Also what are a few options to substitute ab ripper and the exercises that require a chin up bar? The door frames in my apartment aren’t wide enough to support the chin up bar, and doing ab ripper hurts my lower back. I do plan on working up to it eventually.
