So in general how much exercise is required to stay healthy and what kind of exercises..ex: running, weight lifting etc.

Also i have a fast metabolism, im not really trying to lose weight if anything i want to gain more muscle.

How can i get a more shapely and toned lower portion of my bum? I am looking for something easy i can do from home while watching TV and requires minimal work out tools.

I currently use suzanne somers buttmaster and i go rollerskating very often. Both these things i am doing only appears to be toning my upper butt muscles. They work really great infact but just isnt doing all the muscles.

I tried getting a slim tummy without building muscle. I did exercises and I do a lot of sit ups and exercise for sports. I don’t want to get a whole muscular look but I want a slim tummy. How do I do that?
