I am trying to lose weight in my thighs and stomach area. The tricky thing is I have had four major knee surgeries and my doctor told me I can’t run. I can’t do anything that is gonna make my knees pound or have any type of pressure on them. What type of exercises can I do?

I used to weigh 350lbs now im going down quite fast close to 190 now and im toning up gradually. I’ve been able to find a slurry of resources on each body part. However, the pouch on top of your pubic bone, right below your belly, where your pubic hairs grow doesnt want to get toned. So how do i getrid of that particular part? Are there specific exercises to get rid of that area. Or should I just keep doing ab crunches and hope that its rid of one day?

I’m 14 and 5’1. I’ve recently been home schooled and since then all I’ve been doing is laying around doing my school work online and eating, and I just realized I need to get back into shape fo both summer and high school. I’m 125lbs..I use to be under 110 in the beginning of the school year. Please please help. I already started going to the chiropractor. And i’m just scared so badly that i won’t need a surgery. Are there any exercises i can do at home which reduce scoliosis. No yoga or pilates please, i have some information that it actually makes its worse. And can someone show me a picture of a 45-50 degree curve. Just so i’m certain that mines not like that. 10 points automatically if you find a picture of a 40-50 degree curve.
