I want to be stronger but not look all muscular. It doesn’t look good on girls.

I am already strong. JUst need more stregnth. I am not fat I am normal and 11 if that helps.

I have no weights. What exercises can I do to become stronger. Maybe even have defined muscles when I flex?? I just don’t want to look big and muscular.

How do I become stronger just not bulky?

So I want to slim down my tummy and burn off some extra flab… But all I know to do is sit ups, which so far don’t seem to be doing me much other than slowly rebuilding the ab muscles I lost during pregnancy. What are some exercises that will help me achieve this goal? I would prefer nothing that involves me going to a gym… Just stuff I can do in the comfort of my own home with house hold items. And are there any other tips you can give me?

I recently broke my metatarsal. :/.
What can I do? I understand I need to eat less, but are there any exercises I can do at home? I’m in a walking cast, if that helps anything.
Before this I was very active, exercised five days a week and did ballet.

I used to workout for around 1 1/2 to 2 hrs at a time. I took a break but am gonna get back into it, but I wanna try shorter workouts with more of a localized muscle focus. So how long should I work out for and about how many different exercises should I do?

For example if I’m doing a chest/tricep day, 3 set exercises?
