I want to improve the muscular endurance of one particular muscle, nothing else, so i have some questions (i already know the exercises i need to do):
– How many times a week should i be doing exercises for this muscle?
– At what intensity should i be doing these exercises?
– For how long should i be doing these exercises?
Also, I need help on thighs and are there any exercises to make your boobs bigger?
No pills or anything like that, only exercises.
Recently I got an ab workout to do. It seems good, but every time I do a lot of the exercises, my head and neck start to hurt and feel a lot of strain. I know that this is not supposed to happen.
Does anyone have any "tips" for how to keep your neck relaxed during exercise? I’ve tried "relaxing my shoulders" but that doesn’t seem to work.

I’d like to get my waist size down as much as possible. Aside from the usual exercises you can do to tighten up. How many pounds does it take to lose 1 inch from the waist? What is the best way to tighten up if you can’t lose any more?
