I’m currently in the Army National Guard Reserve. I’ve always done okay on my PT tests but I have never gotten higher than 230. I’m now on a tight schedule with my other job and college starting in late August. I’m hoping someone knows some exercises that can be done in a short amount of time, but shows noticeable results.

Im 19 years and 5 foot 8, i play sports and height helps a little in the sport i play. are there any foods or exercises i can do to make me an inch or two taller in a healthy way

I was in a coma for 9 days in 2004 and my memory was messed up right after I came out of it but I thought it would eventually return to normal. Because I remembered what led up to me being comatose about 2 years later. Instead its been progressively getting worse and its literally driving me crazy. So please, if there are exercises or techniques to rebuild or retrain my memory please share. I am desperate so I will try anything!

Right im 14 , i just want to look good and feel good. i would really like nice abs and nice all round arm muscles. any pointers on how to do this in like 10 weeks, what stretches , exercises, foods i should be doing/eating. thanks phil

I want to be stronger but not look all muscular. It doesn’t look good on girls.

I am already strong. JUst need more stregnth. I am not fat I am normal and 11 if that helps.

I have no weights. What exercises can I do to become stronger. Maybe even have defined muscles when I flex?? I just don’t want to look big and muscular.

How do I become stronger just not bulky?
