At 57 years of age, I have finally eliminated my back pain. I have suffered with this terrible pain for about 8 years. Now it’s gone. This video will give you some background. The 9 additional videos in this series will give you the details you need to make this work for you. This is about some simple exercises to build you abdominal, lower back and upper leg muscles. This exercise program has been miraculous for me. Don’t even consider surgery unless after consistently doing these exercises you still have your pain.
where can i find information either on the internet or in books about eating a healty diet that will help me to lose weight and gain more energy also what types of exercises can help me to turn fat and gain musscle ?is there one type of excerise that works better than other for this like weight training for example ?
I want to get into a regular exercise regime again. I’m going to start with basic exercises (push/sit/chin-ups) and do some jogging. Eventually I’d like to do get some weights and do weight lifting as well.
I want to know when the healthiest and most productive time to exercise is. Specifically when should I do it in relation to my sleep and eating schedules?
(1) Should I do it in the morning after waking up? In the evening after getting home from work? Right before going to bed?
(2) Should I exercise before or after eating? Should I try to exercise with some good time in between meals?
(3) If I’m starving and have the choice of exercising then eating or eating then exercising, what do I do? Should I eat maybe a little bit, exercise and then finish eating afterwards?

I’m trying to find some folks who will demonstrate proper form for a variety of exercises and are willing to get their pictures snapped for it. Since the guide is supposed to be free for the public, I’m not keen on the idea of paying someone for it. Any ideas of where to go or who to talk to?

Firstly my age currently is 16. I am planning on trying the growtaller4idiots which is supposed to mainly increase height by increasing human growth hormone levels. The problem is, i find my face extremely long. My height is 170 cm (5ft7) and my face length is around 20cm. My long face is mainly because of my forehead which is 7 cm. And if it helps my hand length is 16.5cm which is odd because i heard the hand length should be really similar to the face length. Anyway the thing is, if my human growth hormones increase dramatically enough for my height to increase, would my face also become longer? I really hate how long my face is and i don’t want it to grow any longer. The main reason why i want to grow taller is to even out the proportion of my face and body length so if they both grow together it would still be weird. Thank you for any help. And screw any of you who think this is a dumb question. This is life and death.
