My neck is kind of thick compared to the rest of my body, also my neck sweats a lot so I guess I have a lot of fat in my neck. Is there any exercise to decrease fat in the neck area? And how do I improve my leg muscles? Do I just jog/run?

I obviously would like to lose it quicker but I think 3 months will be a healthy pace. I also realize diet plays a key role in weight loss. So how many hours would you suggest per day?
